Return Policy You can return most items sold by WineBlowOut.com within 10 days from the ship date. If the wine is defective, do not pour it out. Replace the cork and seal the bottle as best you can. We cannot accept the return of empty bottles. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 10 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, materials, accessories, etc., and shrink wrap when applicable). We must receive your item back within 15 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping (nor any promotional discounts applied to the original order if any) and less a restocking fee of 25%. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase only. If you qualify to return your product, follow these instructions: Pack the bottles in the original box Enclose a copy of the return authorization email Return the box via FedEx (customer must pay freight)
Please be aware you will be credited for the wine less the original shipping charges (any shipping discounts received will NOT apply) as well as a 25% restocking fee.
