Title & Ownership

Title to, and ownership of all wine passes from WineBlowOut.com/Amazing Grapes Wine Store to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WineBlowOut.com is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WineBlowOut.com, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees and taxes, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age or older.

 

By purchasing wine from WineBlowOut.com and Amazing Grapes Wine Store, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

• All wine is sold “AS-IS,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other description of physical condition.
• All risk of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon shipment of the wine purchased.
• We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the wines or of the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.

States We Cannot Ship To

Isn't it ironic that President Obama enjoyed the luxury and freedom of being able to buy wine and having it shipped to his home in Illinois unimpeded, yet can't get it sent to him at the White House? Apparently he is unware of the dimwitted, narrow minded, mean-spirited, onerous, outdated and blatantly unfair state laws governing the shipment of wine from state to state or he would step in and fix this too! Guessing by the list of prohibited states, many of you probably voted for the man, which makes this even more offensive.

 

Obviously the following state legislators need more love from their mothers: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey (especially aggregious as they can ship wine to just about every state they please), Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah. We can ship to these states if you have made arrangements to have it shipped to a license entity who can receive the shipment. Please email us at orders@WineBlowOut.com for more information.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Purchases will ship within 2 to 5 business days of the date of order. All packages are packed in "Fedex Approved" containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect wine shipments from temperature-related damage by timing your shipments according to weather conditions. Relying on meteoroligists is not an exact science, so it's important to note that the shipping materials we use do not guarantee resistance to hot and cold temperatures. WineBlowOut.com and Amazing Grapes Wine Store assume no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage or corks pushing out of the neck, as well as "cooked or frozen" wine. Be aware of shipping conditions before placing an order. If you choose a shipping option, WE WILL SHIP regardless of conditions in your area, so please be careful. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may request a faster shipping method.

 

Please note; tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)

 

Insurance

WineBlowOut.com can add insurance at your expense to each order placed online if you request it in the notes section.

 

Signature Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WineBlowOut.com. All packages shipped by WineBlowOut.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch or at the front door " or "Please leave with the neighbor" will be ignored. We will not refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine and refunds on the wine itself are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Returns

WineBlowOut.com  is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be emailed within 5 days of the delivery date. If you suspect the bottle is bad, please put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can't take back empty bottles. If you find any errors regarding the type of wine and/ or the vintage, please let us know immediately. All such communication should be emailed to our order department at orders@WineBlowOut.com right away. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you or refund your money. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.

 

Please note: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Shipping Carrier is FedEx

Due to state and federal regulations, all shipments will be delivered by FedEx.  All boxes are shipped in approved FedEx shipping boxes and require an adult (21 years or older) signature at the time of delivery/pick-up. Due to all of these strict shipping regulations it is recommended that you ship your order to a business address if possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a tracking number via email.
